My mother’s home in Elk Grove was sold as of October 1st. Perhaps its biggest selling point was its large 1.5 acre lot, expressed most visibly in the large back lawn and orchard-garden area adjacent to it. I have no doubt that the excellent clean-up and subsequent maintenance on the area performed by your crews, as well as the extensive repair and replacement work they did on the sprinkler system contributed to the sale of the property at the price sought.
